Absolutely! I just saw Ringo in concert for the first time (yes, believe it or not) last Wednesday night and it was SO cool. I enjoyed seeing him very much. Now I can say that I've seen 3 Beatles live; John, Paul (3 times) and Ringo. Never got to see George, unfortunately. :-(
And I was too young to see the Beatles together. Darn my parents anyway!

I was too young as well...would have loved to have seen the Beatles!!
I've only ever seen Paul McCartney (4 times) and I'm hoping I can see him again this time around!

I'm totally looking forward to it, every day I think "It's another day closer!" I seriously live for that man and his and the Beatles' music, haha. It'll be my first time ever seeing a Beatle, and I hope not my last. I hope to see Ringo too, but I looked at his current schedule and there's no shows close to me yet. :( I think Paul will come nearby 'cause he always does, it's just that on his last tour I wasn't a fan yet.

Robin, you are so lucky to have recently seen Ringo, and of course John and Paul! Amazing! :)

I know how lucky I am, really I do. Not too many can say that they've seen John in concert. My only regret is that I never saw George. :-( And it's much too late now. He didn't tour much though.
And I hope you get to see Paul and Ringo soon. Rumor has it that this may be Paul's last world tour (gasp!) and let's face it, neither one of them are getting any younger. They're bound to retire soon. <<<<cries>>>>

I wanted to go to the free show in Quebec but I wasn't able to...so I'm hoping I'm in a better state of affairs when a tour is finally announced!

Absolutely! I've seen him on every U.S. tour, a total of 9 shows, and each one gets better and more emotional for me.

Hi Woody! And yes, they never cease to thrill, do they? The last time I went to see Paul in concert, I took the package deal. He was playing in Philadelphia, which is a 3 hour drive from here, so I got my tickets through a local radio station. The cost included the ticket, a bus ride and a pre-concert buffet dinner/party. On the bus, things were WAY too quiet for me. I decided to get the crowd going and said to the couple across the aisle (VERY loudly)...gee, you'd think we were going to a funeral. We're going to see PAUL MCCARTNEY! We should be singing and laughing and carrying on with all that good stuff. Well, to make a long story short, that got everyone around us going. Soon, the whole bus load joined in. We were singing Paul's songs and just having a great time for the rest of the ride. On the way off of the bus, a few people yelled out, WHO ARE WE GOING TO SEE? And I would yell back, PAUL MCCARTNEY! LOL At the pre-concert party, we continued with more of the same. I won a prize for being the "happiest" fan there (haha) and I also won a prize in a trivia contest. So that was cool. And then, of course, there was the concert itself. Awesome. And when he tours this way again, I'm THERE!

And I promised myself that I will never miss another Ringo concert in my area.

Anyone have a favorite Ringo song? Mine is It Don't Come Easy. LOVE that one.
